Most of the products on the website are futures products, and we only start production when there are orders. Depending on the keycap material and process, the production time is generally 15-30 days (some particularly long ones will be explained to customers in an email), and the transportation time is about 15-30 days

Extreme weather: rainstorm, snowstorm, typhoon, fog and other severe weather will directly lead to road interruption, flight cancellation or ship suspension, which is the most common natural factor causing transportation delay.

Natural disasters and emergencies: Unpredictable events such as earthquakes, floods, epidemics, strikes, geopolitical conflicts (such as wars, border closures), etc. can seriously damage logistics networks, leading to the closure of transit stations, port congestion, or forced detours of transportation routes.

Traffic and policy changes: Sudden traffic controls, road construction, port congestion, and temporary adjustments to destination country customs policies (such as new regulatory requirements, increased tariffs) can all cause delays in customs clearance or transportation.

Logistics Operations and Supply Chain Bottlenecks
Mismatch of transportation capacity and resources: During e-commerce promotions or holidays such as Double 11 and Spring Festival, the surge in order volume can easily lead to warehouse explosions, insufficient sorting manpower, and a shortage of end of pipe delivery capacity (such as couriers), forming a systemic bottleneck.

Low transportation and transit efficiency: Unreasonable route planning and lack of dynamic optimization systems result in vehicles wasting time on congested roads or repeated routes. Low operational efficiency of transfer stations, equipment failures (such as sorting machine shutdown), or human errors (such as sending to the wrong transfer station) can also significantly prolong transit time.

Special goods handling: Dangerous goods, perishable goods (such as fresh produce), oversized goods and other special goods require special packaging, transportation conditions or approval processes, which result in longer processing times. Any negligence in any link can lead to delays.

Customs clearance and compliance issues: In cross-border logistics, errors in customs declaration documents (such as HS code classification errors, missing documents), discrepancies between goods and declaration information, or goods being classified as high-risk objects for key inspection by customs are the core reasons for international transportation delays.

End of line execution and communication issues
Recipient factors: incorrect delivery address, unanswered phone, recipient not at home leading to inability to sign for delivery, are common reasons for end of pipe delivery failures and delays.

Poor communication: Information transmission between the shipper, logistics company, and consignee is not timely or accurate, which can delay the resolution of the problem.

If the goods are not delivered on time, the customer can apply for compensation. Due to the special nature of customized products, compensation is usually in the form of gifts provided by the seller or return shipping fees
